From launching a K–5 Mathematics and Engineering magnet school to turning underperforming schools into thriving learning communities, his work has centered on building systems that create lasting impact. Holding advanced degrees in technology, project management, and educational leadership, Dr. Bacon continues exploring the connection between leadership, technology, and human potential while living in Florida with his family.
